Cyber Essentials is a UK Government-backed scheme developed by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). Certification confirms that the systems within our assessed scope meet requirements across five key areas:

• Firewalls — controlling network access to help prevent unauthorised connections.

• Secure configuration — reducing vulnerabilities through appropriate security settings.

• User access control — restricting access to authorised users and managing administrative privileges.

• Malware protection — implementing measures to defend against malicious software.

• Security update management — keeping supported software updated to address known vulnerabilities.
